Dr. Teri is very passionate about people and will work to tailor every session to best meet the needs of the individual. She is a compassionate listener with a bent towards solutions-focused, positive psychology and personal empowerment. However, she will also incorporate an eclectic mix of therapies including creative therapy.
During the initial sessions, you may expect Dr. Teri to take the time to get to know you and to understand your personal needs and goals. She is committed to working with culturally diverse people from all walks of life. Every session is heartfelt, whether in office or via virtual therapy.
Teri Camp Willis, PhD is a 1986 graduate of The University of Memphis with a Bachelor of Business Administration. In 2005, she obtained a Master of Arts in Clinical Christian Counseling, and in 2007 she graduated with a Doctor of Philosophy in Clinical Christian Psychology, receiving both degrees from Cornerstone University.
As a Licensed Clinical Pastoral Counselor, Teri provides counseling in the following areas: Marriage and Family, Child & Adolescent, and Crisis & Abuse therapies.
Dr. Teri is founder of Love & Willis Family Counseling, and is licensed, ordained and board-certified by The National Christian Counselors Association. She has written & published two books: Cultivating Joy, an inspirational mini book and Hear the Flowers Sing, an illustrated children’s book. Both are available on Amazon.com.
